Job Summary
Join Kentucky 4-H as the Specialist for Youth Work and Life Readiness, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young people across the state. This full-time position is at the heart of the 4-H Beyond Ready initiative, the 4-H system-wide approach to intentionally planning and implementing learning experiences that foster development of essential life and work skills. You’ll lead innovative programs, build strategic partnerships, and develop impactful resources. Additionally, you’ll inspire young entrepreneurs through workshops and a supportive network, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving. If you’re passionate about positive youth development and eager to empower youth to be ready for whatever life brings, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people and our Commonwealth.
