Job Summary
Join Kentucky 4-H as the Specialist for Youth Work and Life Readiness, Health, and Wellbeing Initiatives and make a transformative impact on young lives! This dynamic three-year position focuses on the 4-H Beyond Ready initiative, the 4-H system-wide approach to intentionally planning and implementing learning experiences that foster development of essential life and work skills. A key focus of this position will be to engage in efforts broadly, internally, and externally, to develop healthcare workforce skills and promote youth health and wellbeing. With responsibilities ranging from program design and resource development to securing funding and evaluating success, this role is perfect for a passionate individual eager to collaborate with partners and stakeholders to empower young people to become healthy, productive, and engaged as part of a ready generation.
This position is located in Lexington, Ky.
