Assistant VicePresident Risk Oversight is responsible for protecting the organization through appropriate risk management, ensuring that risks are captured, understood, clearly communicated and potential sources of loss are minimized in a cost-effective manner. Role holders are unlikely to be specialists in a particular component of Risk Management

As our Assistant VicePresident Risk Oversight you will:

  • Directly influence the operational effectiveness of the functional/functional unit
  • Co-ordinate and manage projects; typically working on large, moderately complex projects/assignments
  • Be accountable for delivery against prescribed targets, budgets and resourcing and responsible for volume, quality, and timeliness of end results
  • Management responsibility for a team, including people, objective setting and performance

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $91,100 and $136,600.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
