About the role:

CHANEL is looking for a Associate, Product Assessment to join our Fashion After Sales Team in Piscataway. You will play a leading role in supporting our day to day operations. This role interfaces with our logistics, client relations and artisan teams and is a key partner for our boutique teams. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of experience and a passion for problem solving.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

  • Elevate After Sales experience for our clients by support reduced leadtime and optimizing repair feasibilty
  • Drive effiencent workflow through daily inspection of products received and assessment of repair services
  • Collaborate with broader After Sales teams to optimize repair leadtime, monitor and prioritize repairs as needed based on boutique and Global feedback
  • Partner with Client Relations to support boutiques on repair service selections and related questions
  • Partner with Artisan team to identiy potential repair solutions

Position Logistics:

  • Work-Place Essential: This role requires 5 days in person at the Piscataway, NJ location/office.
  • Minimum 1 years Operations experience, Fashion retail experience a plus
  • Onsite in Piscataway, NJ

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27.30/hr through $35/hr. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
