Overview
LMI is seeking a team of Cloud developers to support the U.S. Transportation Command, at Scott AFB, IL. In this role you will collaborate with software architects, developers, and engineers to contribute to the development of a secure cloud architecture. This position requires a solid foundation in cloud technologies, tools and grow in an agile development environment.
Salary and position will be determined based on level of experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline cloud deployment and infrastructure management.
- Apply best practices and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and ensure efficient operation of Azure environments.
- Implement and manage ICAM processes, ensuring secure access control using technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and Federated Identities.
- Provide systems administration and technical support for Azure environments, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational standards.
- Utilize Azure CLI to manage resources, automate tasks, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Support and maintain Azure GovCloud or other Government Cloud services in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to deploy containerization solutions and enhance cloud architecture.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on Azure’s latest products, services, and best practices to improve systems and solutions.
Qualifications
- Developer Level 2 requires 2+ years of experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines to support enterprise Azure cloud environments.
- Developer Level 3 requires 3+ years of experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines to support enterprise Azure cloud environments.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance granted by the US Government/DoD.
- Must hold an active CompTIA Security+ or a comparable IAT/IAM II/III certification.
- Possess at least one current Azure Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) processes such as SAML, OAuth, and Federated Identities.
- Prior experience with Government Cloud (e.g., Azure GovCloud).
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of Azure, including Azure CLI, current Azure product offerings, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in systems administration and issue resolution for Azure environments.
- Possess demonstrated proficiency with one or more scripting or programming languages.
- Must be highly motivated, a self-learner, and technically inquisitive with the ability to work independently or in a small team setting.
Preferred
- Candidates with experience with and/or certification in containerization technology.
