The Opportunity
- Create, update, and maintain content for all RCM departments, including introductory training, departmental training, career progression training, and leadership training as applicable.
- Design and develop appropriate training solutions, including courses, curriculum, modules, scripts, and storyboards that utilize a broad range of interactive, creative, and intuitive instructions methods.
- Create Spotlight Communications on operations updates for RCM.
- Translate instructor led classroom learning courses into eLearning and virtual courses by applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and in collaboration with subject matter experts and Operations management.
- Partner with others across RCM at all levels to resolve highly complex training or performance issues, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation and understanding of key objectives and strategy.
- Analyze information from a variety of sources to form instructionally sound course content and to create supporting course documentation/scripts from various departments to meet the needs of RCM’s overall learning strategy.
- Assess current curricula and course materials and identify gaps or potential solutions for enhancing materials, learning experience, and knowledge transfer.
- Remain current in RCM Operations departments’ guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Keep informed of legislative issues or administrative changes impacting the organization’s training obligations, then provide expert analysis to Management.
- Support, promote, and represent RCM in a positive and professional manner.
- Answer e-mail communications sent to the Learning Development mailbox, it can require extensive research and collaboration with team members or subject matter experts.
- Conduct research into the latest trends in eLearning and technology and make recommendations to management.
- Ancillary projects as proposed by Management.

- Travel as necessary to conduct training at all RCM locations and attend and/or present at off-site workshops, not exceeding 25% of the time.
Required Experience and Competencies
- 3-5 years of technical writing, curriculum, and course development experience required.
- Basic experience with eLearning systems required.
- Training experience that includes planning, coordinating, and developing programs for new and established employees, or similar skills are required.
- Advanced knowledge of RCM Operations (Billing and Reimbursement) is required.
- Sum Total Systems and/or Captivate/Storyline experience preferred.
- Exemplary written communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Highly creative in documentation design, content, and working with templates.
- Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Strong experience with Microsoft.
- Ability to demonstrate a high professional level in all areas of judgment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Comfortable with data management/data manipulation.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $25.74 - $32.18, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
