Job Summary:
This position is responsible for procurement and oversight of contracted services, including data collection, contracted performance levels, and contract compliance. All duties and responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with North Idaho College, Idaho Commission on Aging, and Older Americans Act rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum one-year full-time related experience and/or training. Database experience required.

Required License and/or Certifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance. Agency car is available to use for travel.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail

Proficient logic and critical thinking skills

General math and calculator skills

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite with specific emphasis on Excel

Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone, and copier
