SUMMARY

The Director, Central Billing Office (CBO) manages teams to meet department and CBO goals. Works directly with the VP, CBO and Sr. VP of Revenue Cycle Management to ensure all responsibilities are in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including metrics related to productivity and quality. Oversees workflow, training, and verifying the accuracy of the department's work. This position provides operational guidance and counseling on issues to ensure that the daily work of the entire department is completed accurately and on time.
