Squad Leader Health Care Expense Management
The Health Care Expense Management offering is a strategic, multi-year, cross-domain objective for the Health Care Group. Our vision is to provide our customers an intelligent, integrated experience that simplifies handling health care expenses, offers a variety of digital payment options, and protects or increases revenue opportunities for Fidelity.
As a Squad Leader for Health Care Expense Management, you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities. In an agile structure, you partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements, set and refine the mission, and bring together a team of chapter members to complete specific health care expense management objectives e.g., pay & reimburse with convenience. You ensure that the offering is available, stable, performant, and supported when required and that related cost and maintenance is managed. You ensure alignment on the 'what' and 'when' work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.
The Team
The Health Care Expense Management squad is aligned to the Health Care Digital Domain. You will partner with product area leaders & squad leaders within the Health Care Group, PI & FI and aligned squad leaders, scrum masters, and chapter leaders to deliver on the vision for Health Care Expense Management
The Expertise You have
- Combined minimum 10-12 years of total experience with expertise in health care payments, health care reimbursements or health care claims along with experience in digital payment and money movement technologies.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., UX, Product, Tech) to design, deliver & maintain dynamic digital products & solutions
- Agile experience preferred
- Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, minimum; Master's Degree and/or advanced Industry Designations preferred

- You have strong contract and negotiation skills with insurance carriers, provider systems and other key players in the health care data ecosystem

- Collaborating and coordinating with chapter leaders and scrum masters to build squad capacity and capability and enabling squad member growth, development and learning
