Fraud Operations and Enablement Analyst
Job Description:
Are you interested in contributing to a team that protects our company and our customers from financially motivated criminals? The Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) is charged with anticipating, detecting, preventing, and resolving instances of fraud throughout the business. As FIU grows, operational support becomes increasingly imperative to ensure associates can remain focused on their comparative advantages and not become mired in tasks ancillary to their specialties. The Operations team is expanding to broaden its service model in support of new and complex leadership priorities. This role will be responsible for the maintenance of many longstanding workflows and the development of novel, better, and forward-thinking processes that will create space for new opportunities to support the team.
The Role
The growing Operations function within FIU is responsible for removing barriers and creating efficiencies for FIU leaders and associates in pursuit of protecting Fidelity's businesses, clients, customers, and reputation. As the Fraud Operations and Enablement Analyst, you will collaborate with data and business colleagues to support key priorities for FIU. You will build relationships throughout FIU and beyond as you collaborate on tasks related to reporting, communications, and project management. As FIU's needs evolve, you will play a part in evolving the Operations team's support structure to address future needs.

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
