In this job, you’ll provide technical expertise and perform analysis for the T&D Governance and Provisioning organization. The Specialist is expected to perform special assignments and projects whose outcomes are time sensitive, resource intense, high value client focused, and technical. Ensure adherence of provisioning to related compliance, information governance, process, access management, and/or contractor oversight requirements. The Specialist will partner with stakeholders across SCE (typically all levels of management) to complete onboarding and provisioning requests. Provide business and technical expertise to support maintenance of T&D’s people, process, compliance, and access management repository. Act as their key contact to resolve issues related to T&D governance, staffing, and provisioning capabilities. Collaborate with various departments, processes, systems, and information to develop recommendations and support the implementation of improvements and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence of provisioning to related compliance, information governance, process, access management, and/or contractor oversight requirements
- Perform analysis, troubleshoot, and facilitate end user provisioning (hardware, software, access, and compliance training)
- Support projects related to information governance, process, compliance, access management, and/or contractor oversight
- Provide business and technical expertise to support maintenance of T&D’s people, process, compliance, and access management repository
- Support bulk SCE and contractor onboarding and offboarding, including the access management (hardware, software, access, etc.) and compliance adherence in coordination with T&D, Supply Chain, Training, IT, and HR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address information governance opportunities and resolve issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience with information governance and data management practices and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Transmission & Distribution business functions.
- Experience performing analysis, or governance, or resolving business/client issues.
- Demonstrated experience with Success Factors.
- Experience performing troubleshooting, and facilitate provisioning support (hardware, software, access, compliance training, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with Erwin/Casewise/Evolve/SAP or other relational database design and maintenance.
- Experience interfacing and collaborating with clients, vendors, peers, management, and other departments.
- Demonstrated experience with process design and analytics.
- Advanced experience with software tools ie: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Project and Visio.
- Experience completing multiple projects/assignments concurrently while adjusting to changing priorities.
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
