Your Role

We seek a skilled Marketing Manager to join the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing campaign execution, digital tool implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will work closely with our project manager to execute projects on time and budget.

To be successful, you should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing management or related operational roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Quick learner and ability to communicate effectively a must.
  • Understanding of financial services and M&A a plus.
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools, Zoom Webinar, and Monday.com platforms a plus.
  • Travel to our yearly conference (DealMAX) may be required.

We prefer you to have:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience with vendor management and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and in-person events.

Your duties as the Marketing Manager will include:

  • Email Implementation: Implement marketing emails to support overarching marketing initiatives in accordance with Monday.com's email calendar. 
  • Website Management and Updates: Maintain and update websites with current content and promotions. Support discovery, research, and rollout of new website design(s).
  • Organic Social Media Management: Implement and schedule organic social media posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook while adhering to the editorial calendar. Review and respond to social media comments to foster online community development.
  • Reporting of Key Marketing Metrics: Update reports on email campaigns, social media, and website performance. Provide KPIs to optimize strategies and achieve the marketing department's objectives.
  • Marketing Tool Optimizations: Support the development and onboarding of new tools and processes (e.g., gated content, marketing automation implementation, dashboard development, Monday.com process improvements, website tagging, and persona labeling).
  • Support Webinar and virtual Roundtable Production: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing webinars and internal virtual roundtables for chapter executives.
  • Marketing Resource Organization & Optimization: Support the organization and distribution of marketing brand resources/design templates for chapter executives via Canva and SharePoint. 
  • Build & Launch Internal & External Surveys: This role is responsible for building post-event surveys, member surveys, etc., in the survey tool and providing support for results reporting.
