Pay Range
$114,100.00-$171,100.00 AnnualThis is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The primary purpose of the Network Infrastructure Manager is to manage the Network, Voice, Cellular, and Physical Security functions for JM. This role will lead the plan, build and run functions for the technologies within the scope of responsibility. This role develops standards for technology utilization within JM facilities and ensures the technologies within the scope of responsibility are securely meeting the service level requirements for all stakeholders.
This position is located at our headquarters in Denver, CO. Our IT department operates on a hybrid work schedule. Monday and Fridays are remote while Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are office days.

Your Day-to-Day:
- (40%) Responsible for the overall technology strategy for all aspects within team’s technical domains. Presents elements of this strategy to all levels of the organization. And report on compliance with key service levels. Responsible for overall program management for organization of responsibility.
- (10%) Maintains a collaborative relationship with IT and Business leaders to ensure that solutions meet ongoing business needs.
- (10%) Maintains the relationship with external partners to ensure that ongoing business needs and service levels are met.
- (20%) Manages and coaches’ employees. Ensure that members of her or his organization are developing their skills and meeting the needs of the business. Leads a high-performance team while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
- (20%) Operational Support: Identify opportunities to reduce IT operating expenses while maintaining all service levels. Directs team in complex technology troubleshooting that can include inter-team support.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s Degree Preferred / Network Technology)
- 8 Years of IT or engineering experience, 2 years of which with previous experience as a team lead or manager
- Understanding of financial and IT risk management and mitigation controls; regulatory controls and compliance; and vendor risk management
- Knowledge of IT systems, processes and controls

- Leadership skills in bringing and implementing new ideas to an organization
