Job Summary
The Title III Administrative Assistant coordinates office administration for MCTC's federal Title III Grant Project. The position is a grant-funded position, with the expectancy of continuance to September 30, 2028 in a part-time capacity and will be located at the Maysville Campus.
Job Duties:
· Perform general office support duties, such as taking meeting minutes, preparing correspondence, reports, filing, scanning, etc.
· Assist with managing the grant budget
· Pay invoices and order supplies/equipment and complete required forms for procurement
· Book travel arrangements
· Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
· Provide other support necessary for successful project implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent (Office Administration, preferred) and three years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of purchasing processes, Proficiency with Microsoft Office
