JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
You will be managing the day-to-day of all paid media campaigns and will be crucial in developing the omnichannel strategy to support the full customer funnel in the most effective and efficient way with a data-driven and A/B test mindset.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of paid media strategies and day-to-day of campaigns across our build-to-rent properties and student accommodations around the UK and Europe, driving customer acquisition via paid search, paid social, programmatic, DOOH, audio, and other relevant media channels.
- Own the relationship with various media platforms such as Google, Meta, Stackadapt, Global/JcDecaux, and others, that resonate with the target audience to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. customer marketing, design, insights, etc) to create consistency across brand and acquisition campaigns putting the customer in the heart of all decisions.
- Maintain and improve weekly detailed dashboards on ad performance, traffic, and conversions. Providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making and growth opportunities.
- Define a market leading measurement and attribution solution alongside a robust test & learn roadmap to enable better business decisions. Including campaign and website tracking implementation via Google Tag Manager and our property management systems.
- Manage and forecast performance marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective omnichannel strategies.
- Lead the paid media campaign creative briefing and approval process with a platform and content first mindset.
- Manage performance marketing executives and senior executives as the team grows over time.
Role Scope
- This role will report to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, leading the performance marketing strategy and implementation.
- This role will work on student and BtR property brands in UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria and Netherlands.
Key Relationships
- This role will regularly interact with the European Marketing Team Members, Operations Teams, Asset Management Teams and External Agencies.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Marketing, Communications or Business relate degree/qualification or equivalent work experience
- Right to work in the UK.
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Strong experience working in a similar paid media, digital marketing or performance marketing role.
- A creative and innovative thinker with a flair for omnichannel strategies.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Search Ads 360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- A strong problem solver with an inquisitive nature and the ability to understand the bigger picture.
- A strong team player but capable of working autonomously and taking ownership.
- A passion for performance marketing and the delivery of exceptional customer centric campaigns and media plans.
- The ability to work with people with different backgrounds, with different responsibilities and beliefs.

- Fluency in one or more European Languages in addition to English
