WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO
- Support the technicians with parts/tool logistics runs during the shift
- Work closely with parts/tools vendors to resupply technicians
- Perform data quality check for assigned inbound & outbound repair orders parts
- Work with regional team and business leaders to communicate and impact van utilization and technician efficiency
- Perform entry level service work on fleet vehicles under the guidance of senior technicians
- Shuttle vehicles from and to customers
- Maintain close records on RepairSmith Fleet to ensure proper vehicle maintenance
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Previous experience as a driver/porter preferred but not required
- Ability to drive Sprinter/Transit/Ram ProMaster/Freightliner step vans
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Interest in automotive repairs and customer service
- Willingness to work late shift
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Communication skills to interact with our customers and other operators
