Full Time


This position will lead production team members through the manufacturing process. Some activities would include assisting and leading team members through processes of locating, handling, grinding, pickling, and shearing titanium.

Position Duties:
  • Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. 
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production process
  • Confer with other departments and shifts to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. 
  • Maintain flow and throughput by operating machines or changing out machines and conducting other various production duties
  • Assist supervisor with work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. 
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. 
  • Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards. 
  • Oversee employee training processes and reinforce personal accountability of safety, quality, and production
  • Load, unload, and move materials from within shipping and receiving, plant, yard, storage areas or work sites, to designated areas using hand truck, electric dolly, forklift or other devices
  • Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. 
  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. 
  • Requisition materials, supplies, and maintenance services so that employees have all the tools needed for production. 
  • Maintain operations data and prepare management reports of production results. 
  • Assist with determining standards & workloads for assets and people. 
  • Confer with management or team members to resolve worker problems or concerns.
  • Set up, adjust, and understand machines and equipment used in the manufacturing process
  • Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with supervisor on items such as hiring, interviews, evaluations, or promotions. 
  • Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas. 
  • Assist with developing new production processes.
  • Performs required FSI and 5S audits and sustains 5S standards

  • Will work in a manufacturing area with hazards such as pinch points, heavy material, sharp edges and acids
  • Knowledge of all Precision Sheet processes
  • Must work a full-time schedule and overtime as required
  • Employee must obtain and maintain a mobile equipment license
  • Must have problem solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work with others
  • Organizational skills
  • Accurate and attentive to detail
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and SAP
  • Must have basic knowledge of math, math equations and use of various measuring instruments


Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of working in a manufacturing environment 
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, including Outlook, Excel, etc. 
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP System 
  • Motivated to lead and team driven
