Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled Project Integrator with a TS/SCI and polygraph. Candidate must be willing to work on client site in McLean, VA. The client's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility Program fills a critical need to support the Agency's effort to advance DEIA. Successful candidate will be able to confidently work with senior leadership to develop strategies and perform business analytics associated with diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of the organization, corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives, and program stakeholders and partnerships, and leverage them appropriately to further programmatic goals.
- Create project management reports, develop briefings, and write talking points suitable for audiences of all levels.
- Gather, track, analyze, array, and report on DEIA Program business data using technical skills and tools, including all MS Suite products, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Brief seniors on results and provide visual placemats, as needed.
- Forecast and plan for future needs of the program to include appropriately leveraging up-to-date awareness of the organization, corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives and program stakeholder partnership to further programmatic goals.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline
- 8+ years of strategic planning and data analytics work experience; or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of work experience
- Experience performing business/data analysis across disparate data sets
- Proficiency in a variety of data collection methods, including customer surveys, focus group interviews, website traffic and more
- Experience developing organizational strategic plans
- Comfort working directly with senior leadership
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, e.g., MS Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook and ability to build polished client deliverables
- This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level. You must be a US citizen.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Experience supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives
- Experience supporting diversity and inclusion throughout the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience building and/or updating WordPress sites
