Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Implement the project schedule, including sequencing of activities and dependencies.
- Monitor progress against the schedule and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports.
- Identify and analyze the critical path.
- Perform schedule analysis of progress against the baseline plan.
- Perform “what if” scenarios within the schedules.
- Attend project/program meetings as necessary to discuss and review schedules.
Qualifications
MINIMUM:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in Scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
DESIRED:
- Professional certification in a relevant field such as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Masters degree.
Target salary range: $59,934 - $104,286. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
