As the QA Inspector, you will be responsible for all Quality Assurance (QA) inspections of the facility's manufacturing operations and for ensuring compliance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) regulatory requirements as well as company procedures and policies.

To be successful, you should have:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in Life Science is preferred.
  • 2 years in quality assurance or cGMP/FDA-regulated industries preferred.
  • Complete BRC QA Inspector training; strong proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel), ERP experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and climbing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, flexible with re-prioritization, and available for overtime.

Your responsibilities as the Quality Assurance Inspector will include:

  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor adherence to cGMP regulations, food safety guidelines, and documentation practices.
  • Inspection & Review: Perform physical and visual inspections of products, equipment, and documentation, including in-process QA checks.
  • Investigation & Documentation: Participate in failure and discrepancy investigations, documenting process deviations and equipment malfunctions.
  • CAPA Management: Coordinate and support corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs), ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and leadership to address variances and maintain quality standards.
