What you'll do as Sales Coordinator:

  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule calls with the sales team.
  • Sales Presentations: Collaborate with sales and marketing to design and develop impactful presentations and sales materials. Basic design skills are a plus!
  • Outbound Campaigns: Manage and optimize outbound email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with creating brochures, case studies, and other sales tools that help showcase our company's strengths.
  • Lead Research: Identify and source new leads using platforms like ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, and similar tools.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and generate insights for the sales team.
  • Event Coordination: Help prepare for and promote events such as webinars, trade shows, and other lead-generating activities.


 

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to design simple sales materials.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo or Seamless.ai is a bonus!
