We are seeking an experienced individual to serve as Senior Manager, Product Governance to conduct research and analysis related to mutual fund and ETF product proposals. This includes proposals for new funds, changes to funds, mergers, and liquidations. Reporting into a Vice President in Product Governance, you will enjoy exposure to wide variety of projects spanning asset classes, and work closely with other product professionals and oversight partners to ensure that proposals are thoroughly researched and well designed to benefit fund shareholders.
The Team
The Product Governance team within Fidelity Asset Management is a dynamic, tenured team that focuses on the interests of our fund shareholders. We vet investment product ideas, refine product design and development, serve as product specialists, and drive proposals through the Fidelity Fund Boards and into implementation. Come join us!
The Expertise You Have
- Technical knowledge of mutual funds and ETFs.
- Familiarity with Fidelity's fund offerings, unregistered investment product structures, and/or alternative investments a plus.
- Cross-functional project management experience.
- Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data analysis, connecting dots across projects, spotting potential issues, and driving towards resolution of those issues.
- 5-8 years' success in the financial industry.

How Your Work Makes a Difference
You will ensure that product proposals, especially those presented to the Fidelity Fund Boards, are thoroughly vetted and compelling from a fund shareholder perspective. This will help ensure that our customers and the boards that oversee the funds continue to be well served by our investment offerings.
