In this job, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our source to pay platforms and technologies align to strategic plans. Collaborate with users and IT by asking the right questions then apply your understanding of the business and its strategic problems to document, drive, and implement technology solutions. You will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of source to pay platforms. This includes testing new features before they are rolled out, monitoring the performance of the applications post go live, and working with key stakeholders and support to make necessary adjustments. Responsibilities
- Designs and implements category strategies and business processes to meet the company's objectives
- Defines key performance metrics and benchmarks related to supply chain planning and forecasting to measure actual performance against company goals
- Develops and implements solutions to enhance existing processes and programs, optimizing strategic effectiveness and resiliency
- Manages systems within procurement and supply chain shared services and category teams
- Manages and oversees testing for all system upgrades and enhancements for all procurement systems
- Develops, delivers and maintains procurement system user and supplier training curriculum
- Assumes business ownership of procurement systems in both operational management and strategic development of procurement systems' effectiveness, reliability and performance
- Designs and implements supplier performance goals related to cost, quality, and service
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience with procurement systems, standards, regulations, procedures, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading, coordinating, and/or facilitating cross-organizational teams to address and solve business issues and problems
- Experience as functional support with Procure to Pay systems. (SAP systems including MDG, SAPs4 Hana, Ariba (Guided Sourcing, Guided Buying), SAP/Ariba Supplier Risk, SAP SLP, Fieldglass SOW, & SAP)
- Experience working with business processes and platforms within a Procurement organization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with clients, including independently identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables and presenting results
- Experience working with cross functional teams and influencing outcomes and removing barriers
- Experience interfacing and collaborating with executive and senior management, peers, departments, and external parties to develop solutions and ensure consensus
- Experience implementing and enhancing procurement tools, strategies, and continuous improvement opportunities
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
