SVP Relationship Manager, International Subsidiary Banking, HSBC Bank USA N.A., Boston, MA:
Responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing commercial banking customer relationships with complex multi-national companies from around the world which have subsidiaries in the Boston and New England region of the USA. Managing commercial lending and risk assessments and executing multi-jurisdiction credit and cash management transactions. Manage many stakeholders through a complex international decision-making process. Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segment. In addition, work to build existing and win new long-term customer relationships. Maintenance of customer and deal pipeline information on relevant systems as well as monitoring relationship performance regularly to ensure that the return is commensurate with the type of customer and both Commercial Banking’s (CMB) and the customer's risk appetite.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Pay range: $227,552 to $236,600 per year.
RequirementsMust have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Applied Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field and 10 years of related work experience.
Must have 10 years of experience in:
• Corporate Debt Structuring;
• Credit Assessment and Analysis;
• Executing complex cross-border credit facilities with multinational companies; and
• Identifying and proposing solutions for international corporate risk management including foreign exchange, cross-border liquidity management and structured trade solutions.
Must have 3 years of experience in:
• Risk Weighted Asset Return modelling using the OMNIA Returns Calculator software or similar; and
• Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software to manage all aspects of pipeline development and multi-country stakeholder management, including Microsoft Dynamics “CME”, Salesforce, or similar.
Domestic travel required up to 25%. International travel required up to 5%.
