Trade Floor Voice Subject Matter Expert

The Trade Floor Voice Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for working with global architects to pave the way to the future of Trade Floor Voice with a concentration in Dealerboards.
As our Trade Floor Voice Subject Matter Expert you will:
- Responsible for quickly identifying, resolving, and preventing issues with setting expectation to multiple businesses simultaneously
- Responsible for attending to Compliance, Legal, Surveillance, and Business requests with the utmost professionalism
- Responsible for managing IT service owner requirements e.g. change management, Infrastructure management, software management, and IT governance etc
- Responsible for Liaising with 3rd party providers ensuring the best interest of HSBC is our priority in everything we are working on
- Responsible for providing business as usual and project teams support for all Trade Floor Voice technologies with a concentration in Dealerboards including weekend support for keeping systems in currency
- Responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and or exceed expectation
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $134,500 and $201,800.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

RequirementsYou´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- 10+ Years’ experience in Trade Floor Voice with a concentration in Dealerboards
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or related disciplines is preferred
- Knowledge of BTT is preferred
- Knowledge of Verint 15.2 is preferred
- Understanding of Private Wires and Hoot Networks
- Experience with Database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL)
- VoIP/SIP Telephony expertise including Cisco and Dealerboard interlock
- Strong knowledge of WireShark
- Ability to exude eagerness to learn the latest technologies whilst possessing the aptitude to learn new skills in our ever advancing landscape
- Ability to lead issues, and outages at a very high level, but able to pivot to low level as required to work through said issues, and outages
- Ability to provide great customer service whilst staying collected as you will be working with all levels including C-Suite
- Ability to provide trend analysis throughout every aspect of this role and the technology supported in the mindset of continuous improvement
- Excellent communications skills including documenting, planning, IT governance, and managing life cycle expectations
