Basic Purpose:
Safely use a powered industrial forklift truck (sit or stand) to load and unload trucks trailers; to move raw materials from and finish inventory to proper locations; and to move waste materials to proper location for disposal. 
Responsibilities:
The material handler /forklift drivers will relocate palletized loads of materials from the warehouse or from storage trailers to the production areas or to replenish inventory stockpiles. They could remove items from key location on the plant floor and place them in assigned locations. In addition to being key team members in maintaining FIFO stock rotation, they are critical to the operations ability to maintain a successful pest control program. The careless operation of powered industrial forklift trucks, hydraulic pallet jacks, and electric assist pallet movers can be devastating to other employees, fixed equipment, walls, doorways, and pest control devices. The forklift driver will maintain those records and documents required to assure the safety requirements of equipment operation as well as documents concerning inventory control, and shipping /receiving records.&nbsp; Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety.

20% Maintain hardware and software inventory related to Technology Access Fee and IT purchases. Assist with ongoing equipment surplus and equipment donations to other institutions.
10% Prepare and maintains IT departmental forms including accumulated leave balances, travel requests and claims, petty cash vouchers.&nbsp; Maintain documentation related to IT department as required.
10% Manage all enterprise level software licenses.&nbsp; Work with vendors to ensure contracts are current and reflect needs specified by staff.
10% Assist Chief Information Officer with various projects as needed within the department.&nbsp; Makes arrangements for travel, conferences, appointment, special events or other business activities; keeps appointment schedule and develops itineraries.

Magnitude of Impact:&nbsp;Depending on the degree of impact, the network and technical support group would assess the impact in an organized group setting/meeting called by the director. Each division within IT would have their assigned task to help alleviate the impact presented. The CIO would be notified as well and the President council staff.&nbsp; This position provides guidance for all each separate IT teams.
Responsibility for Accuracy: There are several signatures required after initial requisitions are prepared, however as an example, it is possible to make an error in obtaining vendor quotes.&nbsp; Such an error might go undetected until the College needed services that were not properly addressed in the initial purchase requisition which would either delay service or result in increased costs.
Financial Impact:&nbsp;This position orders more than one million dollars in software and equipment annually, originating hundreds of orders.&nbsp; Mistakes in this process or in administration of inventory can request in lost time and productivity and possibly misplaced equipment due to incorrect orders and mistakes in inventory recordkeeping.
Budgetary: This position is a requisitioner for all purchases in Information Technology , but does not have budgetary responsibility or authority.
Judgement and Decisions:&nbsp;Employee has many daily requests for support from various staff in IT and other departments.&nbsp; The employee decides how to prioritize these services requests and manages the workload based on understanding of institutional and departmental needs.

This is delivered by taking ownership of products released to production, removing production blockers, dispositioning non-conformance tickets, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.&nbsp;This role is also responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures relating to composite materials, leveraging their strong working knowledge of both the product and best-practice manufacturing techniques. &nbsp;Manufacturing Engineers are also expected to work with the production team to develop manufacturing best practices, optimising processes for production, and implementing new processes through prototyping, test, and integration. The role will also work closely with other Engineers, Technicians, and subject matter experts across a range of departments. The primary purpose of the Manufacturing Engineer is to support production activities within a high-growth production environment, ensuring manufacturing principles are practised to a high standard and ensuring stringent launch times can be achieved.
