As the assistant director of enrollment, your job will be to build relationships with applicants as they navigate the admission and enrollment process while handling a large volume of daily communications from parents/guardians and school counselors. You will assist students in preparing their applications, portfolios, and financial aid for review; congratulate accepted students; maintain the data management system; and manage a schedule via Calendly.Responsibilities include participating in webinars and online chat sessions to reach students, supporting Live Agent shifts, participating in special events such as SCAD Days, and occasionally serving as the Saturday admission representative. In this position, you must remain knowledgeable of university policies and procedures to communicate accurate information about the university to encourage campus visits during which you will meet with the applicants and their families.
