Great opportunity exists to work with the Plymouth Outreach team!Based out of offices in Braintree and Plymouth, the Community Outreach Counseling (Outreach) team provides therapy in homes, schools, and temporary housing to MassHealth-insured clients who are not able to consistently reach outpatient offices, or for whom in-home treatment is clinically indicated. Offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy, our master’s level Outreach clinicians work with children, teens, adults, and seniors experiencing chronic depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, and other mental health issues. Outreach services include comprehensive assessment, development of goal-oriented treatment plans, and individualized counseling designed to facilitate the recovery, health, and overall well-being of clients and their families. This per diem opening in Aspire Health Alliance’s Emergency Services Program (ESP) provides in-home, community, and hospital ER-based services to children, teens, and adults who are at risk of harming themselves or others. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ESP’s master’s &nbsp;level clinicians provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to support and stabilize clients while transitioning them to the appropriate level of care within the community.
