In partnership with the Fidelity Intermediary Investment Client Group Sales Team, this role is essential in identifying and deploying learning solutions to help build a stronger sales team. You will lead and facilitate onboarding programs, reinforcement trainings, sales process trainings, technology releases, product launches etc.Industry knowledge &amp; investment sophistication will be critical as you will train our distribution organization to sell and market a full range of investment products and services to financial advisors in the advisor marketplace. You will also be responsible for reinforcement training of existing knowledge and skills in addition to acting as a subject matter expert on curriculum topics and will assist with instructional design as needed.Your skills<ul><li>3 plus years of financial services and client facing sales experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days</li><li>Working knowledge of B2B Wholesaling</li><li>The ability to facilitate sales training, work autonomously and lead projects</li><li>Strong communication skills - written, verbal and formal presentation</li><li>Significant product, industry and market knowledge</li><li>Comfortable with technology (Salesforce, Morningstar, Allego, etc.)</li><li>The ability to coordinate multiple tasks with tight time constraints</li><li>Willingness to pitch in and help to drive success across the organization</li><li>Ability to be innovative, highly organized and can prioritize</li><li>Deliver and receive feedback in order to positively affect behavior</li></ul>The TeamThe Learning and Enablement team is instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity Intermediary Investment Client Group has the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business.
