The associate's specific tasks include: the use of the corporate Transportation Management System (TMS) for outbound and inbound carrier selection based on cost, service, and level of commitment; determine equipment and service level requirements for multiple plant locations across business units and manage carrier selection and performance to meet cost and service expectations; maintain continuous contact and provide assistance to customer service groups, sales, plant purchasing, and plant shipping personnel; and secure and coordinate uninterrupted transportation services and materials flow to and from North American markets.Anticipated deadline to apply: 11/30/24.
