SUMMARYThe Human Resources Manager - TMS is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in support of Team Member Services (TMS). The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization and maintains an effective knowledge of policies, processes, company communication, immediate and long-term goals, and culture.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing services each shift and functions as a nursing supervisor.
