Position Summary:

Join us as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Coordinator,where you'll support Talent Acquisition and HR functions to enhance and optimize the candidate and new hire onboarding experience while fostering engagement within the Just Born community through internal communication management.

This hybrid role is based in our Bethlehem, PA headquarters and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

How You’ll Impact Results:

·       Drive an optimal candidate experience through the end-to-end recruitment process

·       Manage High volume candidate communications and handle candidate inquiries

·       Coordinate interviews & facilitate assessment process

·       Oversee the pre-employment processes

·       Coordinate onboarding meetings and materials to create a seamless experience for new associates.

·       Lead internal HR communications by developing and managing engaging content

·       Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure compliance with hiring regulations

·       Collect and analyze talent acquisition data, track KPIs, and identify process improvements.

·       Additional duties & responsibilities as required

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant internship experience.

·       Bachelor’s degree required, preferably within business administration, management, marketing, human resources, or other similar major.

·       Excellent technology skills (Microsoft suite) with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & background check systems experience preferred.

·       Proven verbal & written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within an organization.

·   Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively at all levels.

·       Passionate about process excellence and delivering excellent customer service.

·       Exceptional organizational skills to manage changing priorities.

·        Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

·       Familiarity with HR and Talent Acquisition practices preferred.
