Our client is building the future of glomerular disease care. They are a nonprofit professional society founded in 2022 to provide a professional home for kidney healthcare professionals with a subspecialty in glomerular diseases. Their mission is to enhance the quality of medical care for primary glomerular diseases and support the physicians who care for patients with these conditions around the globe.

As a Project Manager, you will support our client’s organization's strategic projects by working closely with the Executive Director to help fulfill the mission of improving research and clinical care for rare kidney diseases. You will have significant opportunities to shape the organization as it grows and create and execute project plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams for successful execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Implement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to bring our strategic project roadmap to life. You’ll manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects achieve their goals.
  • Drive Impactful Programs: Plan and execute member-facing and external programs that support our mission.
  • Optimize and Innovate: Develop and refine processes, workflows, and metrics that keep our operations running smoothly and effectively.
  • Budget and Communicate: Assist in project budget planning and work closely with our communications team to ensure successful product marketing.
  • Build Alliances: Engage with allied organizations to promote our projects and establish collaborative partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or nonprofit management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and Vendors.
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S., with occasional international travel – 10-15%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, biopharma, patient advocacy, public health, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with Coda or similar low-code database tools is a significant plus. Current tech stack also includes HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 360 suite, Zoom, and Miro.
