<h2>Job Description:</h2>The roleThe Director of Architecture will work with business leadership and engineering partners in developing a strategic Data Management platform, serving as the single source of truth for information across Workplace Investing (WI). In this leadership role you will champion innovation in Software Architecture, drive standardization, and deliver technology solutions. You will help craft the product roadmap in alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Application and Data Architects to formulate strategy and lead all aspects of the design, implement and deployment of end-to-end solutions.The Expertise and Skills You Bring<ul><li>10+ years of industry experience in architecting distributed systems and applications.</li><li>3+ years of Azure and/or AWS experience.
