The Perkins Grant Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle of the Perkins V Grant, including the development, implementation, and management of activities that align with both federal and state Perkins requirements and the strategic goals of Holyoke Community College (HCC). The Division of Business and Community Services at Holyoke Community College is seeking part-time instructors to teach Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide training courses for workforce training and contract training programs, based on DPH-approved curriculum and in alignment with state regulations. &nbsp;Instructor will prepare students to take and pass the&nbsp;D&amp;S Headmaster&nbsp;state exam. With assistance, the instructor will develop curricula and plan course content, provide lectures and hands-on instruction, and evaluate training effectiveness so that students learn the specific skill sets and knowledge needed to obtain certification and to pursue a career as a nursing assistant/home health aide. Nurse Aide Instructor (Non-Credit)

The Division of Business and Community Services at Holyoke Community College is seeking part-time instructors to teach EKG and Phlebotomy training courses for workforce training and contract training programs with area highs schools, based on National Healthcareer Association (NHA)-approved curriculum and in alignment with state regulations. &nbsp;Instructor will prepare students to take and pass the NHA Certification exams, providing all didactic and lab instruction, as well as exam preparation and review. Adjunct Faculty - Psychology

The Division of Business and Community Services at Holyoke Community College is seeking part-time instructors to teach in an innovative, intensive 5-month noncredit Medical Assistant training program for a local employer. Students will be paid employees taking 40 hours per week of classwork. Instructors will prepare students to take and pass the RMA exam. With assistance, instructors will develop curricula and plan course content, provide lectures and hands-on instruction, and evaluate training effectiveness so that students learn the specific skill sets and knowledge needed to obtain certification and to pursue a career as a Medical Assistant. &nbsp; The instructors will need to become familiar with current state and federal regulations and will have to keep accurate attendance, grade, and skills information.
