Develops menu tallies for food production. Must react accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficient timing of services and accuracy of physician’s ordered modified diets. Must be familiar with dietary restrictions on modified diets to ensure optimal resident care and satisfaction.&nbsp;Responsible, with direction of the Nutrition Care Supervisor and/or Nutrition Care Manager, for the supervision of Nutrition Care Partners (NCPs) during their duty shifts.
