The Opportunity

<li>Keeps current on existing and emerging training design and delivery methods through research. </li>
<li>Prepares training materials for upcoming training sessions. </li>
<li>Maintains all documentation on trainee performance, applications, and data sets. </li>
<li>Supports the onboarding of employees by creating a welcoming environment. </li>
<li>Provides classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, and workshops using a virtual meeting platform. </li>
<li>Adheres to training agenda segments and timeframes. </li>
<li>Utilizes adult learning methodology to train relevant curriculum ensuring learning transfer. </li>
<li>Monitors trainees’ progress. </li>
<li>Provides consistent feedback to trainees, with Manager assistance, regarding learning progression. </li>
<li>Conducts virtual chair-side training of Vituity employees. </li>
<li>Keeps current with Billing and Reimbursement Operations changes as they develop. </li>
<li>Represents Billing and Reimbursement Operations by resolving and responding to training related questions. </li>
<li>Participates in Train the Trainer sessions as requested by management. </li>
<li>Provides assistance to Billing and Reimbursement Operations staff members through class-related tasks and chair-side training. </li>
<li>Supports, promotes, and represents Vituity in a positive and professional manner. </li>
<li>Works overtime as necessary. </li>
<li>Travels as necessary to conduct training at all Vituity locations and attend and/or present at off-site workshops, not exceeding 5% of time. </li>
<li>May be required to assist Billing and/or Reimbursement Operations teams. </li>
</ul>
Required Experience and Competencies 
<ul type="disc">
<li>Experience in the training and development field facilitating classes or conducting chair-side training required. </li>
<li>Public speaking experience in a strong, clear, and effective manner required. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Billing and/or Reimbursement operations required. </li>
<li>1-2 years of revenue cycle management experience required. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Vituity functions and operations with a minimum of two years’ experience preferred. </li>
<li>Excellent facilitation skills including but not limited to: observant of trainee comprehension, ability to grab audience attention, creating an urgency to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the curriculum. </li>
<li>Effective time management while facilitating training. </li>
<li>Ability to resolve conflict successfully with minimal assistance. </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships. </li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. </li>
<li>Enjoys teaching and mentoring others. </li>
<li>Requires a high level of patience. </li>
<li>Strong and energetic speaking skills that can gain and hold the attention of a virtual audience. </li>

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22.05 - $27.01, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The Opportunity

<li>Analyze and report on vendor performance by reviewing collection and RCM Operational Reports; identify problem areas, take appropriate action, and follow-up as necessary.</li>

The Opportunity

<li>Temporary position for 9 months.</li>
<li>Generate, audit, and submit at least 130 recurring provider demographic rosters per month (over 1,500 rosters per year) for Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, United Healthcare, Multiplan, HealthNet, HealthSmart, and other payer programs throughout the country as needed.</li>
<li>Work towards the team’s overall goal of zero pending applications or roster submissions over six months after the Provider’s start date.</li>
<li>Submit all completed rosters to their respective supervisor or manager for audit, while working towards an error rate of less than 10% and no longer requiring audits.</li>
<li>High focus on roster processes for payers and across the enterprise, including, but not limited to ad-hoc requests, credential verification, roster preparation, audits, submissions, and provider validations.</li>
<li>Monitor submitted provider enrollment rosters to ensure they are processed and approved by payers and communicate said approvals to our billing team prior to timely filing.</li>
<li>Complete any provider demographic, payer validations, or audits requested within payers’ allotted timeframes or contracted terms.</li>
<li>Develop understanding of how to tag, filter, build relationships, and remove items in DocGen Packages, within Salesforce, to assist the rest of the team by auto-populating required documents.</li>
<li>Begin to learn how to build dashboards to assist the rest of the team with managing their workload.</li>
<li>Manage daily administrative duties.</li>
<li>Communicate data errors within our systems and notify the applicable stakeholders.</li>

The Opportunity 
<ul type="disc">
<li>Create, update, and maintain content for all RCM departments, including introductory training, departmental training, career progression training, and leadership training as applicable. </li>
<li>Design and develop appropriate training solutions, including courses, curriculum, modules, scripts, and storyboards that utilize a broad range of interactive, creative, and intuitive instructions methods. </li>
<li>Create Spotlight Communications on operations updates for RCM.</li>
<li>Translate instructor led classroom learning courses into eLearning and virtual courses by applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and in collaboration with subject matter experts and Operations management. </li>
<li>Partner with others across RCM at all levels to resolve highly complex training or performance issues, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation and understanding of key objectives and strategy. </li>
<li>Analyze information from a variety of sources to form instructionally sound course content and to create supporting course documentation/scripts from various departments to meet the needs of RCM’s overall learning strategy. </li>
<li>Assess current curricula and course materials and identify gaps or potential solutions for enhancing materials, learning experience, and knowledge transfer. </li>
<li>Remain current in RCM Operations departments’ guidelines and compliance requirements. </li>
<li>Keep informed of legislative issues or administrative changes impacting the organization’s training obligations, then provide expert analysis to Management. </li>
<li>Support, promote, and represent RCM in a positive and professional manner.</li>
<li>Answer e-mail communications sent to the Learning Development mailbox, it can require extensive research and collaboration with team members or subject matter experts. </li>
<li>Conduct research into the latest trends in eLearning and technology and make recommendations to management. </li>
<li>Ancillary projects as proposed by Management.</li>

Required Experience and Competencies

<li>3-5 years of technical writing, curriculum, and course development experience required.</li>
<li>Basic experience with eLearning systems required.</li>
<li>Training experience that includes planning, coordinating, and developing programs for new and established employees, or similar skills are required.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of RCM Operations (Billing and Reimbursement) is required.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Sum Total Systems and/or Captivate/Storyline experience preferred.</li>
<li>Exemplary written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Highly creative in documentation design, content, and working with templates.</li>
<li>Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li>
<li>Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.</li>

<li>One (1) year ultrasound fellowship, available for the 2025-2026 academic year.</li>
<li>Program includes dedicated hours to image acquisition, interpretation, and clinical integration at Riverside Community Hospital, participation in local, regional, national, and international ultrasound courses, and exposure to leadership at all levels. </li>
