Job Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a content-related field. • Score of NRS level 6 in Language on the TABE A 11/12 assessment (Provided by BCTC after employment). • Prefer prior ELL experience. • Experience managing large classes with groups of mixed nationalities is preferred. • Experience with the contextualization and use of authentic materials to aid in achieving higher proficiency rating in speaking, listening, reading, and writing is desired. Job Summary
The Adult Education Data and Assessment Specialist processes a strong understanding and experience with the data collection process, report designs and analyses, Microsoft Office Suite/KAERS/MyOneFlow, assessment practices, and presenting information to others. Participates in professional development activities to improve teaching skills and expertise. Provides student advisement, follow-up services to assist in student placement, and promotes public relations. Serves on committees as required, keeps regular posted office hours, and undertakes other assignments as directed by supervisor. May be required to teach evening, weekend, or at other campus locations as the need arises. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Valid, unencumbered KY (or a compact state with multistate privileges) registered nursing (RN) license and two years of nursing experience in the last five years. Master’s degree in Nursing preferred. Individuals holding a baccalaureate degree may be considered for hire at instructor level. Preferred candidates will also have at least one year of long-term care experience. All applicants must meet the licensure requirements of the occupation. Rank and salary will be dependent upon the level of education and years of teaching experience.&nbsp;
